PENGARUH LATIHAN PYLOMETRIX BOX JUMP DAN LATIHAN BEBAN TERHADAP HASIL LOMPATAN ATLET LOMPAT JAUH SEKOLAH ATLETIK BADAK PANDEGLANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh latihan pylometric box jump dan latihan beban terhadap hasil lompatan atlet lompat jauh sekolah atletik badak Pandeglang.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two group pre test post test design” populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet lompat jauh sekolah atletik badak Pandeglang. Teknik sampling atau teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sample yang berjumlah 17 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk tes hasil kemampuan atlet lompat jauh kategori hasil lompatan adalah tes hasil lompatan dengan jarak lompatan yang diambil.

 Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : (1) ada pengaruh latihan pylometric box jump terhadap jarak lompatan dengan kategori hasil lompatan atlet lompat jauh SABP .dengan t hitung 7.183 > t tabel 6,231 dan nilai signifikan 0,01 < 0,05, perbedaan nilai rata rata antara pretest postest yaitu sebesar 2,441. (2) ada pengaruh latihan beban terhadap jarak lompatan kategori hasil lompatan atlet lompat jauh SABP. Dengan t hitung 7,183 > t tabel 6,231 dan nilai signifikansi 0,01< 0,05 , dengan perbedaan nilai rata rata antara antara antara pretest postest yaitu sebesar 1,721.
