Evaluasi Pendamping Dana Alokasi Khusus Konsultasi Bisnis Terhadap Pendampingan Non Fisik Pk2ukm Tahun 2021
Abstract
Evaluasi Kinerja Pendamping untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja para Pendamping di beberapa Kabupaten/Kota di dua Provinsi, yaitu Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah. Dimana laporan evaluasi ini yang berisi pertanggung jawaban kinerja Pendamping secara acak yang diambil dengan metoda pengisian Kuesionare dan Wawancara kepada para Pendamping, KUKM yang di damping, dan Penilai Tenaga Pendamping dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM setempat. Hasil evaluasi dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak konsistennya para pendamping merencanakan kegiatan dari aspek Input sampai dengan Produk, karena tidak ada Standart Operasional Prosedur bagi Pendamping maka mereka melakukan kegiatannya hanya berdasarkan pengalamannya mereka sendiri apalagi banyak para pendamping itu tidak diberikan pelatihan pendamping, maka Bimbingan Teknis mereka dalam waktu hanya dibawah satu tahun maka kinerjanya kurang optimal.
