Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Passing Atas Bolavoli

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya mengajar dan motivasi terhadap upperhand lewat keterampilan dalam permainan bola voli. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa dari SMP Negeri 1 Pandeglang Banten, dan dilakukan oleh studi eksperimental dengan desain kelompok 2 X 2 faktorial. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANAVA (Analisis Varian) yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Tukey Test.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara umum, ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara perintah dan gaya pelatihan, (2) siswa dengan motivasi tinggi tetapi menerima gaya mengajar pelatihan mencapai hasil lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan motivasi yang lebih tinggi tetapi menerima gaya mengajar komando, ( 3) tidak ada perbedaan antara mahasiswa dengan motivasi yang lebih rendah tetapi menerima gaya mengajar komando dan orang-orang dengan motivasi yang lebih rendah tetapi menerima gaya mengajar pelatihan, (4) ada interaksi antara gaya mengajar dan motivasi terhadap keterampilan upperhand lewat siswa ini.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka perlu untuk mempertimbangkan motivasi siswa dalam pengembangan pencapaian keterampilan upperhand lewat belajar, karena motivasi erfungsi sebagai drive positif bagi pembelajaran siswa ini, maka tujuan pembelajaran dapat dicapai dengan baik. Hal ini juga diperlukan untuk memilih gaya mengajar cocok bagi siswa dengan motivasi yang berbeda.
